I am experiencing severe vomiting and diarrhea from last night. I can't stomach anything. I am a breastfeeding mother. What can I take?

please use ORS and soft diet.
take fluids more often than usual.
if you get more than 5 loose stools a day you xan take imodium

yogurt banana n khichri n ors is the actual treatment for My diarhea.replace water with ors sachet in litre boiled water bottle
