Assalam O Alaikum
My father operated stricture issue almost two years back, his urine was not passing out properly that time. My father is suffering the same issue again right now, urine is not passing out properly but in drops as well as he is passing lump of flesh (gosht ka chota sa lothra) every time during urine. Any medication for this purpose please? Will be grateful...

The problem that you stated can't be solved by medication. Kindly consult urologist as soon as possible
