it may be due to anemia,
but get your thyroid profile and CBC also serum calcium,
and it may be due to some medication,

Hb, RBC and hematocrit low. Hb = 7 mg/dl
Rest of CBC is normal.
Taking metoprolol tartarate, furosemide, clopidogrel, aspirin, panadol
No tremor when hand is rested. Only when holding some object without support for arm. Can write.

it's called intentional tremors,
causes are :
anxiety ,fatigue ,brain infarct ( clot in a part of brain known as cerebellum), brain atrophy, alcohol dependence,

also furosemide can cause hypocalcemia leading to tremors,
so correct his HB by blood transfusion and get his serum electrolytes and serum calcium.

Thank you very much!!
This helped a lot!
Will do so IA.
Seems like hypocalcemia and a lot of fatigue. Don’t see any other signs of cerebellar disease or cognitive impairment.
