i have pain and TMJ clicking sound on mouth opening on one side for few days now. esp when i wake up i have difficulty and pain opening mouth properly. what to do?
time period of pain?
intensity of pain?

any history of TMJ dislocation?
some time pain is cause by sudden or forcefull opening of mouth resulting in articular damage.give it a rest and use painkiller
tab synflex 550mg 1+1
take tablet nuberol twice a day for 3 days .take osso.d tablet daily for 1 mnth

Can you explain your pain its site what are the sites to which it radiates do you take any medications? Is there any history of joint pains or history of taking stress or do you wear braces?

pain at left TMJ on opening of mouth. sometimes a feel a mild pain radiation to head. I've had similar episodes in past, esp if i chew sth like eclairs candy. the episodes last a few days and get resolved spontaneously i guess. this time it ain't happening.

have had previous such episodes. pain occurs on Opening of mouth. moderate intensity. it's not just the pain but that click and difficulty opening mouth because of pain that's bothering me.
