Thyroid function tests are normal but considering the short history of lump with cystic formations,it should be assessed clinically by a general surgeon to find it the possibilities of treatment.

Attached labs are within normal parameters. Is she facing any symptoms at the moment? If no, Just visit a general surgeon to assess for need of RAIU scan, so that any possibility of malignancy can be ruled out.
Thyroid profile Tests are within normal limits but go for needle biopsy for further persuance.

These are the initial lab results which are within normal limits. Detailed history and a picture of that lump from front and side will be needed. Please do video consultation for detailed check up. Also get her blood pressure, weight checked. Note if she has problem with eating, hunger, loss of appetite, sleep disturbances and hot or cold intolerance. Also see for change in size. It might be possible that it is a simple goiter which is noticed recently when her skin got lax due to aging. Will need assessment and get her Fine needle aspiration and biopsy report done to ensure the correct diagnosis.
