i am not getting any taste or smell from the past three days , someone told me to take ORS for that but it doesn't work for me • please guide me as i am very Tense

if yes than go for covid test .otherwise only self isolate u for few days.and just relax.
take tab surbex z 1×oD
tab abocal D 1× OD.
any other symptoms? fever? yes ORS is recommended. Keep yourself hydrated, wear a mask and start isolation. Get COVID test done. For fever or body aches take panadol. 80% of covid patients are asymptomatic so dont worry just continue isolation and take good diet w rest.

Beta aslam o alikum. It can happen in ordinary soar throat infection too. Where it is symptom of Corona as well. Please advised to self quartine in home and use azithromycin tab and panadol in sbha sham.
Use excessive water intake.
And fresh fruit juices.
Mask mandatory for you and people around you.

These are signs of common cold as well as covid also. Take common cold and flu medicine for 2 days, there is:
Levocit tab. once at night.
Panadol CF 1+1+1.
Though it gets worse then contact to nearby hospital in Covid 19 department.
Cautions for both situations are to wear mask.
Use mixed herbal kehwa, hot soups and hot water.
Eat citrus fruits, take additional vit-C. use lemon daily.
if breathing problem then oxygenise urself with pulse Oximeter
u can use bronchodilater too.but final treatment will be given by hospital Covid department. now keep urself isolated.
