Asking for Self, Male, 29 years old, Karachi
Smell comes from nose, and andar infection bhi hai like koi zakhm/daana hojata hai and I can feel it baad main khud theekh bhi ho jaata hai. Jab haath se band karta hun tou sometimes I sneeze for 2 or 3 times. Thorat dry bhi rehta hai.. any solution?
Is kay ilawa koi aur issue, bukhar khansi?

No fever.. no cough... how can I moisturize? I just put water in my nose during wazu only.. should I do more?

hey looks like u have nasal polyp.
use rhinoclenil spray or rhinoclenil drops 2drops in both side of nose twice a day for 7days
use tablet fexet 60mg once daily for 10days
and consult any ent surgeon after Corona outbreak.

I'm taking esso 40 mg for stomach problem. Can I take this fexet 60 mg together?

You may need proper imaging and surgical removal. So Consult ENT specialist.
Till then take antiallergic Tb Fexet and nasal drops rhinoclenil as prescribed by others.
Also avoid any trauma or scratching. Keep nostrils moisturized. Best way is to put cold water 2 drops in each nostril 4 times. and can take steam when have stuffy nose

Consult some ENT specialist if it is recurrent.
It could be folliculitis
U should apply fuscidin cream twice a day

Most likely nasal polyp which needs proper ent consult!bt for nw u cn take salinase nasal drops thrice a day!keep nares clean,use polyfax ointment and also take some antiallergic like xylor for 10 days!
