my mother has been suffering from a severe pain in her back for last night and she has no control on urine. she can not move at all. kindly help me.
it seems a bit complicated need detailed history kindly consult online

no, it is her first time to experience such pain.kindly prescribe some medicine for rapid relief. she barley moves. it is impossible for us to take her to the hospital for scanning

Kindly go to ER or consult neurologist/neurosurgeon.
He might suggest MRI or other brain and spinal scanning.

ok i will take her for scan but the problem is she can not move at all. i need some prescription so she will be able to walk to the car.

She could possibly have cauda equina syndrome which is an emergency. She’ll require an urgent MRI and a neurologist’s consult. Take her to the emergency with MRI facility and a neurologist available asap.
