Assalam u Alaikum! My mother have severe pain in muscles, nerves, cervical & lumbospinal discs. Kindly guide me from which specialist should we consult? i.e; Rheumatologist or Neurologist. Kindly suggest concerned specialist in Lahore city.

Please consult Spinal surgeon if available or Neurosurgeon if not then go for Orthopedic Surgeon.

It should be neurosurgery and orthopaedic as neurosurgery will cover spine related with nerves.
Secondly you are saying your mother has severe pain but is it in the discs , you need to be more clear with the symptoms
If it is so you will need more specialised radiological modalities to assess that complemented with neurological examination by neurologist

Get her mri spine done Get vit d b12 and calcium levels checked and consult neurologist
Get her MRI done and post the report here...meanwhile you can use movex tablet 1 + 1, apply biofreeze gel and use cold pack for temporary pain relief

Therefore, I'm posting the reports here. Kindly dr recommend me about her further treatment. Should we start her physiotherapy along with medicines or not?
