If it has just developed and you have pain on movement, then it's probably muscular. You can take Panadol and apply Vorltal Emulgel thrice a day.
It is most likely muscular pain. while stretching exercises would surely help, I would recommend using a muscle relaxant as well if the pain is significantly bothersome. I would suggest Tab nuberol forte two to three times a day for 2-3days. It is a combination of a muscle relaxant with paracetamol.
It can be due to incorrect sleeping or standing posture. Or some heavy work done in previous days.
You can take Brufen thrice a day and apple voviron gel with some physiotherapy
