I had pain in upper left side of the belly two weeks ago then I took buscopan tablet only one day and pain was cured. Now from 2 days I again have pain. Parso due to Travelling mujhe washroom jane ka time nai mila sara din uske baad se pain start howa. Or aaj gala b khrab ho rha hai kindly koi medication recomend kr dien.
do u still having osin abdomen?
r u having pain during urination?

Salaam the complaint seems to be two different things.
Keep on drinking water , and keep a water bottle with you for hygiene. You have to make a routine whether you feel like it or not to void your bladder every 2 to 3 hours
Secondly for sore throat no cold water, saline gargle n fresh fruit juices

you should not hold urine otherwise it will lead to infection and stone formation
you can take cranberry satchet once daily for 3days
for sorethroat gargles with salty water leukwarm
