Are your sugars under control?

Okay high blood sugar levels can damage nerves and being overweight can also put pressure on them. Start by controlling your blood sugar and diet.

I am not sure about my B12 levels now but I starred taking it coz of the leg cramps I used to have at night and it worked and I use to take it twice a day until my lad tests cane and the doctor said to stop taking it . It was few months back . Now I get leg cramps occasionally whenever I walk a lot that day

Do you have a family doctor? You should visit a doctor after every 6 months to keep a check on your diabetes, HS, weight etc. Proper history is needed to understand why your BMI is in the obese range.

Take care of yourself. Hoping you get well soon. Having leg cramps after a walk seems unusual too. Is there a particular area of your leg which gets affected or whole?

Normally I don’t have leg cramps . Only when I walk more then usual . And I get them exactly in the leg area . The area between foot and knee

Okay maybe frequent long walks would help.
