Salam Doctors ! I have lower back problem. After MRI neuro Surgeon says disc between L2 and L3 is pressed. Pain remains if i left medicines. What is the permanent cure. Please Guide. im much worried. JazaKallah. Thanks alot.

use pain killers and Ca with Vitamin D product
I think if you can walk and there is no numbness in you feet then ignore surgery. I advise some medicins to you. Avoid vigorous exercise but keep walking.
