Asking For Self, Female 32, near model town
my wife's age is 32 ,she had 3 c section operates , last c section done 5 months ago, these days her blood pressure fall to 85/54 , its happenings to her since a month , its repeats twice r 3 times a week , what should i do ?
Is she taking healthy diet? And supplements?

Salam , this blood pressure is low. It can be due to multiple factors like diet , rest , stress , breast feeding or other causes. I would advise you to please keep a record of her blood pressure for 1 week . measure blood pressure before she gets up from bed in morning then in afternoon then at night and do inform me. For now, she should eat healthy, drink lemonade with salt in it this increases the blood pressure . Also tell me if she experiences any other symptoms . Thankyou and Follow up in 1 week,

Is she breast feeding ? Or taking any medications? Have a check on her fluid and water intake . Take milk juices regularly. And keep bp and glucose level monitoring ... get her serum Na K levels done plus cbc ... review after reports
This BP reading is very low.. She needs proper assessment and treatment. this BP can be secondary to many factors particularly diet, stress and dehydration.. Need to see other causes too
