Hello, I'm 28 years old man, height 175 sm, weight74 kg. In recently i can't run, can't jump, and when walking on roads sometimes fall down. but i don't have any pain. also very difficulty climb to stairs. you need to get properly checked by medical specialist .Asap consult your nearest specialist in person.

plus you may need autoimmune workup , muscle biopsy and electromyography.
you need to see a specialist neurologist ; if it turns out to be autoimmune, you will need rheumatologist.

Try looking for a neurologist at a large tertiary care goverment hospital in Ulaanbataar .
Ulaanbataar medical general hospital or State Central Clinic Hospital or Third State Central Hospital of Mongolia which has a stroke centre so it should have neurologists there.
