Talk to General Practitioner on Knee Pain

my mother I. Kay is having knee pain just in one leg.. next day pain is so intense that she cannot fold he leg.. can't walk.much.. has swallowing near knee and also below knee there are vein.. vein r looking like spider veins. guide me what is this..the pain is because of knee or spider vein. I hve a picture but no option of picture is coming
