Asking For Father, Male 55, Lahore
My father is MashAllah healthy. He only have high bp issue for that he is using byscard 2 5. Kuch dino say unko lower right back pain ho raha tha. For that we gave him nuberol forte. Ajj unka after eating blood sugar wesay he check kia to it was 400. Again kia its was 407. We took him to doctor. Doctor Prescribed him two medicines Empagliflozin 10mg and Glimepiride 1 mg. My father is a non smoker, MashAllah he do exercise. We are worried what should we do. Why was that in kidney area. Please guide u
He should take more and more fluids in form of increased water intake.
About the pain, was it mild or severe, did the pain go anywhere like to between the legs? Did the pain come and go or was it continous? Did change in position change the pain?
How is his blood sugar after starting these medicines?
Please do urine RE, Kidney and bladder ulrasound and HbA1c.

For High Blood Sugar Continue the Prescribed Medications. Add Morning and Evening Walk in his Routine. Loose Weight a bit that will also help in Controlling Blood Sugar. Break his Meals in smaller Portions throughout the Day. Use Apple Cider Vinegar Daily. He will be fine InshaaAllah.

Is he pain free now or is he having dull pain ? Also is there any urinary complain ? Like pain or burning during urination ? For the diabetes did you got HbA1c and fasting sugar done ?

secondly, khanay k baad sugar always high ati hai... agar kisi ko sugar hai tou fasting sugar check krwao... agar twice fasting sugar high hai then medicines par shift kr sktay hain..

Ok continue his medicines get his baseline test done which includes cbc esr urine dr Hb A1c fbs lipid profile and Uric acid. Secondly if his pain is due to muscle spasm than it may take some time to subside for that use warm water compress avoid lifting heavy weight avoid long standing episodes use hard bed for sleep improve posture drink plenty of fluids and pain killer as needed u can also apply some massage cream like deep heat or radian cream for soothing effects I hope ur query is answered if any further guidance needed u can consult
