Assalamualaikum I am interested to know to the symptoms? How was it diagnosed as herpes? Where on body it is? Any previous history of similar condition? Medication will work if the diagnosis is correct. Please give a bit more details about current problem.

what kind of herpes simplex or zester?
any how give her Acylax cream twice to apply, tab Disora 5mg/night, tab Panadol 2 thrice/day. And if there is burning sensation and pain then Cap Neogab 300mg twice a day.

i think it is simplex .. its appearing only on back ,under arms and a little on right ,side of chest ...

Yes she can take a bath. It will take 2-3weeks to heal completely. Give her good healthy diet, she will recover faster if she is in good health.
