You have to start Mesacol again for 6 weeks and with it start tab Zopent 40 mg twice daily and tab Mits 15 once daily . Avoid chilly and oily foods
ap abdominal ultrasound plus x.ray cervical spine krwao
check blood or stool test for h. pylori .
capsule esso 40 mg once daily
for acidity and abdominal problem take:
Omezol tab 1+1 empty stomach, Dijex syrup 8ml at night 4ml in after morning.
for cardisc problem need ECG , complete lipid profile, for the time take Flexodin tab thrice a day. further medicine will be suggested after test reports.
Caldree inj. oral intake by mix in milk.
Hemocare syrup 2+2+2 for a week only after that reduce amount as 1+1+2. dont take this syrup with milk.
