Talk to General Practitioner on Getting Urine Infection Again And Again And This Time Looking Severe Please Help

I am sharing my mother's urine report. She urinates like every hour it is uncontrolled so she cants go to the bathroom she has fractured leg issues she walks with a walker and she uses a bedpan. yesterday her urine had too many white mucus or pus type thing attached in the picture and today urine re came that is also attached

The issue is she is getting UTI again and again from the last year. doctors prescribed antibiotics and then after a few months, UTI gets back. this time UTI is looking severe please tell her what more tests she needs to find the root cause of this as the culture report will come after three days but the issue is getting UTI after every 2 or three months last UTI diagnosed on 25 July and again after two months.

She also has a urine retention bladder overflow issue. we are also confused about what is important for her so that UTI can be avoided. and hope it is not any severe disease need suggestions and please recommend any best urologist in Rawalpindi or Isla
