I am facing severe GERD from quite sometime. I am daily taking Nocid 20 mg. It somewhat gets through me my day. what should I do?

blood for h.pylori
avoid spices
lot of water
no full stomach meal

If u are h.pylori positive then u have to take proper treatment otherwise
medication for 10 to 14 days

Try to decrease your spice and oil intake. Take yogurt on empty stomach daily. Take a walk for 30 min daily. continue nocid. Add digex mp 2 Tbsp after each meal
Take nocid 20mg twice a day 30mins before meal. Syp mucaine 2 TSF 3 times before meals. Dont sleep just after taking dinner. Avoid spicy food.

GURD not a big problem it's completely curable avoid temporary medicine you will eat everything after taking some medicine don't you worry plz contact me
Take Cap.Risek 40mg daily for 2 weeks and syp.dijex mp 2 spoons 3 times a day after meal.avoid spicy and oily food and smoking

taking GERD MEDS FOR LONG TIME LEAD TO WEAK BÒNES. so beware. fix the main disease factor causing GERD. i can fix it. but u need to get H pylori. and i will prevent it from haooening again without meds later. book an appointment. even my counseling will make u understand the disease better. and anyi gerd meds are infact increasing your gerd problem in the long run without proper treatment if h pylori is there.
