I am 23 yrs old girl. I am facing this problem from last 3 months. The problem started after my weight loss diet. I did diet for 7 months and lost 25 kgs. Initially i burped alot and felt pressure on my chest then suddenly i had breathing issue. Also i feel that something there is something in my throat. I went for a chest xray and it came out normal. He told me that i might have esophagus infection. I went to a MBBS doc he prescribed me some stomach related med and syrup. I felt better after. But after some days the problem began again. I consulted a doctor online he told me to take omeprazole 20 mg for a week and gaviscon syp also. But the same thing happened again after completing med the problem is still there. Relief olny for few days. I took omeprazole for another 15 days. But still the problem is there. I feel breathing issue, something stuck in my throat, constipation. I take isphagol and sikilac for constipation and they work for me. Plz guide me honestly. I am very depressed
I think you should see an ENT specialist
The main issue is you lost so much weight abruptly and this usually happens with restricted dietary intake you are supposed to manage your dietary habits timing and food you are eating kindly consult online for better treatment book appointment

Do you have any pain in stomach? Or do you feel nausea after meal?

No. After eating I feel like something stucked in my throat and face breathing issue.

No need to worry just avoid spicy food and fried items. You can take esomeprazole 30 mins before breakfast and gaviscon 2 tablespoons before sleeping, add tab itp50 20 mins before 3 times a day for 4...5 days

Some doctors are saying its a serious problem i should go for endoscopy. What should i do?

Yes if problem is not resolving then before endoscopy you nees screening for H pylori

Please consult gastroenterologist. You might need an endoscopy check up. Please don’t take this lightly. Visit your nearest hospital or look for gastroenterologist on Marham. Omeprazole will keep on giving you temporary relief but it’s not the solution. You are very young so I highly recommend that please go to gastroenterologist only.

Increase yr water intake ( water should not be cold) . Adrak cinnamon qahwa daily will be good for this issue . This is no age to start taking medicines on regular basis. Syp Gaviscon & tab Trisil 2 tab chewable can be taken when u get problem. Avoid spicy foods & fizzy drinks

I dont think that its related to ENT. It usually happens after eating.
