Fever of 101 under arm, cough with a little mucus, headache body pain and weakness. Nausea, Vomiting, a few loose stools. I took paracetamol 500mg but no benefit . 36/F, mother feeding 1 year old baby.

ors 1 daily in 1 liter water 3 days
eat fresh fruits and vegetables
keep ur diet light for 3 days
color of mucus ? white green yellow ?

Fever is present early hours of morning. My baby also woke up with 102 fever today. I have her brufen.

Take 2 tablets of panadol. Tab flaygyl 400mg 1 daily and tab motilium 1TSFx TDS . Take shower and do sponging.
Do tepid sponging. Improve fluid intake, don't panic too much. It'll be fine inshallah.
Take these meds
Tab. Panadol 2+2+2
Tab flagyl 400 1+1
Tab. Gravinate in case of vomiting *don't take motilium it worsens diarrhoea
For cough take hydrillin Syp 2+2+2
