Asking for Self, Male, 24 years old, Karachi
For a few months there is usually 1 spot of blood in my saliva. It's kind of jama huwa but a very tiny spot. Comes out when I clear my throat or even when I just spit. I practice good oral hygiene, got teeth cleaned too. What could be the cause? is it something to worry about as i have anixety

I drink enough water but sleep with my mouth open, could it be due to that?

no cough or fever, lost 2 kgs from 57 to 55 in 6months but i belive its due to GAD

Its been 3-4 months, no such contact history, it's occasional but worries me

keep track when it comes, dental and complete medical consultation, take appointment
Have you had a similar episode in the past? A history of throat or lung infection recently? Any of your contacts TB positive? Any procedure done recently? Do you have a tendency to bleed easily? Any rashes? Can you swallow solids and liquids easily? History of recent weight loss?

Not in the past but I have noticed this for like 3-4 months, i thought its due to bad oral hygiene so got deep scaling of my teeth still didn't resolved. I sleep with my mouth open hence my saliva is yellow in the morning and throat is dry.
Yes lost around 2kg from 57 to 55 and i have anxiety so it's worrying me

do you have cough also?any history of recent throat infection? check your mouth internally with touch for any zukhum.

No cough, no throat infection but I sleep with my mouth open hence my saliva is yellow in the morning and throat is dry, can't see any zakhum and i have anxiety that why i was worried

Are you taking any medicine like Ascard,or Brufen frequently for any other illness
Nothing to worry about.
Do gargles with cold water twice a day and use soft tooth brush
