She is 60 years old. Before 5 years faced brain hemorrhage due to high blood pressure and taking medicine regularly. Always blood pressure 180 or 200 and also she is fatty please guide for cyst laparotomy. Thanks

your question is incomplete..bok appointment for proper management.
Heart is normal but rate is slow .may be thyroid disease
ECG is normal !
Limb lead placement is not correct (human error).
ECG shows vibrations which are also normal, no palpitations seen.
Patient is fit for surgery!!
