Meri mother ko forehead aur sides pe pain rehta hai. Stomach issues ki waja se gas ki problem b rehti hai. Aur zara c heat b baradasht nai hoti. Foran headache aur chakkar start hojate hain. Weakness barhti jarhi hai. Kindly suggest k kis specialist se consult kiya jaye?

BP normally ranges from 110 to 140. But I have to confirm for thyroid, heart rate and migraine issue

Vertigo seems to be postural . Ask her to use soft pillow and avoid movements of neck . Get an X-ray of Cervical spine AP and Lateral view , meanwhile give her Tab Tanakan twice daily and tab Xobix 15 mg twice daily
