sbse phle apna HB level check krwaen
if it is normal then apni chest ko check krwaen ksi ache dr se to rule out mild asthma and other reasons
agar wo sb kch normal ho tu phir apni stress ko manage kren

mam yah ofcourse iam not enamic as allready i did my cbc which was almost normal .But i have an anxiety and depression issues for which i used some medicine too.

mam yah anxiety and depression very much specially during previous 5 to 6 months corona vacation from my college (2)sometimes during my vacations i did smoking .(3)no anemia as i did my cbc but almost normal. thank you
