You should’nt stop the medicine yourself as it could worsen her condition. Visit a psychiatrist and they would help you better after evaluation.

This is really high blood pressure.. Keep a check with monitoring in day time and night and you may start giving her Tab Norvasc 5mg once daily for now.. and consult a proper psychologist to adjust the doses of antidepressants

What's the psychotic disease your mother is suffering from or has been diagnosed?
what psychotic drugs is she using?
Any other drugs whether by Hakeem or herbal or homeopaths is she using ?
what drugs is she using for diabetes?
what's her usual fasting and two hours after taking meal sugar level?
Did you get her HbA1 c level ? it's value?
what you or she do when she has panic attacks?
did she get any psychotherapy for her disorder?
what's her education and profession? House wife or what?
Have you got any further tests such as ECG or chest x-ray ?
what about her blood pressure readings?
please give this information before we can proceed further?

Its really important to know what medicine she is taking.
please make sure that she is consulted by just one psychiatrist. more history is needed to know why is she taking antipsychotics, which ones and what dose. the symptoms you are describing seem related to the condition.
