my Hba1c result is normal but i still have symptoms of diabetes type 1 like burning feet, shivering of hand more often and urination etc... what else shoul i test?? fasting glucose 57mg/dl

Your fasting glucose is a bit low..keep it above 70mg/dl and if you are injecting insulin get its dose adjusted. You have symptoms of diabetic neuropathy(burning feet, hand tremors) you should take tab. gabica 75mg twice daily for 1 month and the follow-up. Add tab. Neurobion once daily for 1 month.

u should go for Urine DR for incz urinary frequency.
other symptoms might be due to thyroid ,get your thyroid profile done
review after the above tests
get your cbc and urine c/e done
It would be repetition if I say same things again. As mentioned already by my dear Colleagues go for the said tests.
you should do CBC AND URINE D\R
get your thyroid function tests done.plus urine culture to start a specific antibiotic if needed.

you should get a CBC and a urine routine analysis test done.If you have fever you should go for a urine culture as well.

i have also done cbc, widal test and liver function test it shows typhoid and hepatitis

Too low a sugar level. hand tremors may be due to that. Have a complete workout done by a physician please.

All these symptoms can occur in many states that could be normal. I think you shouldn't be worried. Take good diet and do exercise. don't label yourself as sick. Concentrate on other tasks that are productive. wish you good health and happy life!

Do you also have burning urination or pain while urinating? Anything else related to bladder? Do you also start sweating or get dizzy when you have shivering in your hands? What do you think starts your hand shivering and what relieves it? Could you also share your full cbc report?

no burning in urination and no issues with bladder just i need to urinate many times a day

Drinking lots of water could be a cause of frequent urination or it could be a bug causing it. Just to be safe, you could get a urine dr done to rule it out. Also, as you said eating relieves your shivering, a drop in your blood sugar levels is possibly the reason for that. I would suggest taking care of your diet too.
