Get a Pregnancy Test Done if you are trying for it already. Avoid Oily Foods and sitting/lying after meals. Add Fresh Fruits & Vegetables in your Diet and Morning/Evening Walk too. Get a BP Record for at least a week and Consult a Doctor in Person.
