Look for bed sores. That can be the cause of infection and low hemoglobin. Check his back , hips , under his legs

I need to see the sores. If sores are infected, if there is any pus, is the skin around fresh or dead. I would suggest you to book online appointment with me so that i can check him in detail and will prescribe medication accordingly

infection can be of any system
any history of fever,cough,sorethroat ,flue

your history will help to diagnose the system involved.
and then help in proper treatment .so share any symptom you're having.

he was undergone brain surgery about 3 moths ago and till now on bed recently shifted to home and recently he started feeding orally before that it's from PEG tube
(he had same issue at hospital ) but there an antibiotic named as ( ceclor ) was given. his HB was also above 12 in previous report when he was not feeding orally but now when he started eating why HB level is getting low and what is this infection .he had cough now and obviously he's weak
