Asking For Mother, Female 55, Karachi
My mother is 55 years old and she is diabetic patient and taking Insolin. She has blisters on both sides in her mouth for around 15 days now and because of that she is unable to eat anything with any type of spice or flavour in it. She applies Daktarin oral gel daily but it gives only temporary about an hour or two relief. I am giving her Cac1000(sugarfree) daily, What should I do now? Being a diabetic, Can she take folic acid tablets ?
Salaam not oral gel
start nystatin oral drops on right and left of inside of mouth 3 drops each, gargle every 4 hourly for 10 days. Inshallah it will be better

Give her surbex-Z once daily and apply somo gel on blisters . Also eat fresh vegetables and fruits .
For blisters , tab folic acid ( 1 tab twice a day) and macnaz oral gel to be applied over blisters
Hello.. she can take Tab Folic Acid once daily and Kanalog gel to apply orally 2 to 3 times daily
yes she can take folic acid and somo gel for oral ulcers.
