I am having this thumping of heart with a greater feel, and often heart beat rate also appears increased, though not tachycardic apparently as the increased heart rate would be less than 100 probably.
Have gone through ECGs however, coincidentally, whenever the ECG was taken, I felt pretty normal w.r.t. heart functionality... Thus, never been tested when felt agitated...
Related symptoms include shortness of breath sometimes, and at times blackout while standing and walking from sitting postures...
Also feel heaviness and minor pains in the lower left ribs sometimes...
Heart beats gets really increased under exertion... Particularly while climbing stairs... And breathlessness also develops

Get ur cbc lipid profile and Fbs done avoid heavy exercise reduce weight if u r obese for further guidance consult online
i think you should get examined by physician because in my opinion it might be just anxiety or any other condition which will need thorough history and examination also meanwhile get your blood pressure checked & fasting lipid profile + fasting blood sugar
these can b signs of some minor heart block. type 1 may b. for that u may need 24 hours ecg monitoring thats called holter monitoring.
but thats decided after ruling out other causes. like anemia, any chest disease, anxiety.
u should physically visit some genral physician amd better see a cardiologist.
you need to have a detailed checkup with a doctor. and you should undergo some tests to rule out the cause.

please visit a medical specialist or cardiologist in a government or private teaching hospital
also get 24 hour Holter, TSH (from a good lab) and echocardiogram done
Get ETT done
Mean while take the drug internal 10 mg when ever there is tachycardia. Later consult on line

Thank you very much respected community. My blood pressure is generally between 110/70 at best, mostly remain low... BSL has been normal so far, but recently it was recorded 154 at random. So far I've gone through two ECGs which have been normal.
will again consult some specialists with your kind recommendations.
