Get ur CBc n vitamin d3 calcium levels checked so that you get to know for long you r supposed to take the treatment.. Till then just take surbex z n CAC 1000 once daily ( both to b taken at different time intervals n not with food )...drink a glass of milk regularly n take adequate sunlight right after dusk n dawn
