Talk to General Physician on Weakness,weight Loss

I have loss 10 kg in 10 months , feel weakness, back pain, energyless body,bowel irritated,numbness in arms,legs,I have done all my test, clear expect triglycerides which are 2.4 high and Hb 12.5. I m worried about it any suggestion,already taking librax and colofic,suggest by gastro but I m worried not gain back my weight back even take proper balance diet
