I sleep alot because i often feel tired and lack energy. Usually i don't have motivation to work. I get tired after working a little around the house. i get sleepy after meals. My energy drains very quickly and even though i do morning yoga and eat healthy as much as i can, this lack of energy and fatigue is still present.
My weight is 59 kg and i am studying nutrition. I got married 6 months ago. Period cycle is normal. I was wondering if i am suffering some vitamin deficiency?

do go to your gynaecologist for further check up.
start taking folic acid ,1 tablet daily.
