Post covid weakness is reported by most of the recovered people. You are 30 years old and your weight is 40 Kg. what is your height? to calculate BMI. also take Cap. SunnyD 2 lac IU once a week for 4 weeks. Take tab zincat once a day for 15 days( or you can take one boiled egg and one glass of fresh milk and half cup of fresh yogurt ).Try to eat healthy and nutritious food. take these multivitamins for a month .
take ENSURE 1 glass 2 times a day
