I am feeling weakness from some past days. I feel like I do not have enough energy also feeling too much tired.
I also want to mention here that  3 years before,  I was also having  vitamin D deficiency.
Please provide valuable prescription.

are u having any other symptom?like weight loss or fever.
u should go for cbc check ur hb levels n vitamin d levels .
for symptomatic relief take tab becefol 1 tablet after breakfast n tab osnate d 1tablet daily
drink one glass of milk n a bowl of yogurt daily
walk in sunlight between 9am -12:30 pm daily for at least 30 min
