Talk to General Physician on Weakness

Hello, My age is 21 year. My father is a Stroke (CVA) patient and on bed since 1 year.

Due to domestic problems and some other tensions i feel weakness in my body. i feel lazinees all the time. i cannot stand properly more than five minutes and some times darkness revolves around my eyes when i suddenly stands up.

i am very stressed and hold No money/fee for check up and madication purpose.
