according to some lab result the level between 20 and 30 is considered insufficiency should I take indrop D or not?
Yes
take Muira D inj in milk once a week..
hence 4 inj in a month
after that in next month just take vitamin D max for 10 days once a day.
btw the level are on the border healthy line.. as taken in Ng/ml.
you forget to mention name of the test
We are to go with same laboratory’s standard criterion because Lab values are not always interchangeable. Being said that, vitamin D supplements are not going to harm you if you take it.
Your tests are fine.
P.S : vitamin D supplements doesn't cause any significant toxicities so there is no issue in taking indrop D.

Vitamin D difficiency in younger females are common bcz of sun shine deprivation due to makeup and indoor activities mostly ..
so these ranges in male dont need any treatment .but female can take it prophylactically as it is on border line
