Talk to General Physician on Vaccination

Assalamo Alikum.. Please I desperately need Suggestions from experts for my mother regarding vaccination that for which vaccine we should go for because she is a diabetic, hypertensive, thyroid patient having anxiety issues with low hb levels.. She Also had skin problems like carbuncles.. Kindly guide me about should we go for the govt one or the private one and which vaccine is better for her and will be available timely for the 2nd dose. Since we have heard alot about Astra Zeneca and sinopharm is not working on other variants and has lesser efficacy as well.. I am extremely confused. Please guide me in this regard ..
