im having problem in passing urine. every time i go, its burning at the end of urine. and every time i feel i need to go again. but suddenly from yesterday, im having blood after urine with pain so much. need any urgent home remedy, because its off today, no doctor available

It is infection of urinary tract. You will need proper anti-biotics to treat this. For time being use cranmax sachet, it’s an over the counter drug and easily available. But you really need to get labs and test done. Contact me through Marham and I will guide you further.
1) get Urine DR , Urine CS, Serum creatinine donr.
2)take cranmax sachet twice daily for 7 days. if not available, you can drink cranberry juice.
3) syrup citralka 2 tablespoon in half glass water three times daily. if you cannot get this syrup , take water with a pinchnof baking soda
4) once you get urine CS report, proper antibiotic can be advised if necessary
5) when you are better, get ultrasound KUB to rule out kidney stones
It can be UTI or stone disease.
Take a lot of water, take Citrosoda Sachet or Cranmax Sachet 1 x thrice daily and Tab. Diclofenac 50mg BID fir symptomatic relief.
Also get urine RE/CS and Ultrasound KUB to delineate the cause of your symptoms.

this is very common in young sexually active female.As pointed by many colleagues this is classical presentation of bladder infection called cystitis .For most uncomplicated cystitis you don't need any c/s or further test unless its very recurrent.
there is no need to use broad spectrum abs it responds very nicely to Trimethoprim or nitrofurantoin
if you decide to use trimethoprim its 200mg twice./day only for 3days or maximum 5 days .

I used cranberry juice, it releaves the issue a lot but not completely.

in most cases not .Cranberry just is not solution it can relieve a degree of bladder irritation.have 3 days course of either nitrofurantoin 100mg s/r twice/day or trimethoprim 200mg bd .if you start getting fever shivers kidney area pain then send urine sample and consult doctor.
