Assalam o Alaikum and mje chest ke left and right side per pain ho rai hai and sath upper back pain bi ho rai hai kafi ziyada. Upper back painje aik month pehle Hoi and phir dobara kul se ho rai hai. Pehle right side chest per Hoi kafi dair osky baad upper back
ok any history of physical exertion or weight on lifting excercise? any history of neck pain ? or numbness in any part of hand or finger ?
Its look like muscular pain but need further detail history to R/o other things .

Dear don't drink any liquid after meal,it looks gastric problem,but must exclude cardiac issue,get ECG,and U/S
abdomen.
till that Take Risek Sachet 40mg daily.
