Talk to General Physician on Triglycerides

i was on depex20mg and my weight increases from 48 to 74kg in 2018 Doctor stopped med. and asked for lipid profile. in which my all cholesterol levels were normal but triglycerides was on 420. then i reduced my weight to 60 and avoided some sugary things. again after 4 months i get tested and my triglycerides were on 179. after that i didn't get it tested again. since 2018 my weight is now between 55 to 58 kg. what you say do i need to get it tested again or it might reduced down further . so i dont need to check it again. i dont have any problems. and do little excercise. kindly guide thanks
