I was injured by luggage trolley at airport at 7am. I want ask if I should get tetanus shot or not as I got tetanus shot in August this year
depend upon wound if crush injury than u must take as well if dirty

According to international guidelines, Tetanus booster effect lasts 10 years. There is no need for another shot if you had it in August, as your body is already immune. Take care of the wound and see a clinic to have it dressed, if need be.

I got tetanus toxoid in August is it enough

yes sure if even you are completely vaccinated before. if your last vaccination is less than 5 years ago no need but if your last tetanus vaccination was more than 5 years ago you need a tetaglobulin shot now and one dose of tetanus vaccination as booster.
