Testicular Pain

Question

I am having severe and sharp sudden pain in my left testicle since morning. It comes and goes within short intervals. I haven't told my parents yet as I am too shy to do it. Pain is getting worse. I have a feeling that it is a testicular torsion but I am not sure. Currently I am a student. I know I should visit a urologist, can anyone suggest any affordable urologist here in Karachi, preferably near Gulistan-e-Johar area. Ill be really grateful. Thankyou. Immediate help will be very much helpful.
