is it ok to take midazolam for tension headache. when i study i feel pain in forehead and temples. my neck stiffens constantly. i’ve a history of ocd 6 years back. currently i’m using serlin 100mg at night dormicum 7.5mg 1+1 hepecit e 10mg 1 in morning. list of medicines i used for headache in picture

who diagnosed tension headaches . these are unnecessary over treatment. its better you also consult psychologists. not psychiatrists.

some time I feel sick when I see this type of medical practice.such irrational and harmful use of drugs unfortunate.please see a sensible clinician who can give you diagnosis and if these are true tension type headache just google stand you will find what needed.most chronic headaches if associated with stress mental health issues need addressing core issues of emotional and mental health rather doping oneself with hypnotics and potentially addictive harmful drugs

Your age is just 24 and you are taking benzodizepines thats not justifiable at any cost. Try to just reduce your anxiety by meditation,!
i try.. does taking benzodiazepines especially in exams have serious side effects??. only meditation doesn’t help me.. i reduce dose after exams.
