Dear Dr, hope you are doing well, Sir I am having such swelling from last 5 yrs,consulated many local doctor's but No one sorted it out, I am sharing pic with you, hope you will help me out.. Thanks It usually swells up specially we I lie on bed at my heart side,when woke up from bed, while pulling some weight,and also reduces itself.. Sometimes painful and hard sometimes painless and soft.. it's like jelly stuff..

get ULTRASOUND OF THIS SWELLING IF NOT VASCULAR GET BIOPSY FROM SURGEON
W salam U plz get an ultrasound of it or if done share report here.If its soft and jelly like surgeon can aspirate it and have test of it if its hard un ultrasound it may need biopsy also get an xay ur hand .meanwhile take painkillers like voren 50mg when required
1st do Ecg
cbc + rft + lft test lipid profile test
then go for ultrasound etc
share X ray
