Talk to General Physician on Suspected Covid 19

My mother got her covid-19 vaccination on 4 April.After two days temperature was felt but she let it go .Last 4/5 days temperature was 99+, maid kept ice cold patti's on her head to soothe temperature.She went to nearest clinic where the doctor said after effects of vaccine.He gave her medicine .Now should she go for a covid-19 test? What steps should we follow?

If the fever persists, COVID-19 PCR Test should be performed because it takes a few weeks for Antibodies to develop after second dose. She may have contracted the virus before the first dose or even when she went for vaccination
no need of any thing even medicine
must run following labs.

CRP
LDH
FERRITIN
LDH
