Talk to General Physician on Stomach Gas Or Its Acidity

AOA Dr, i have some problem with my stomach, it produces gas and in result i get burps and an observable increase in the size of your abdomen. should i consider it serious? i am facing some hair loss issues and alopecia that is caused by attack of immune system on hair tissues, does it have any relation with my stomach, can stomach disorder can cause hair loss? please answer my questions and suggest me a solution.
